Charlie came by at a moment's notice and fixed our old 1990s furnace within 30 minutes. He wore a mask and was professional. He replaced a valve on the furnace and it fired right up afterwards. But he wasn't done - he waited for the furnace to do several cycles to be sure everything was working as it should. He checked the filter and spent time to be sure it was properly installed. He checked the intake and instructed us on proper maintenance. He was fun to talk to and shared a lot of very helpful knowledge. He made many safety suggestions to keep our family safe.
